A results-driven leader with over 35 years of experience leading construction and infrastructure operations, specializing in paving, underground utilities, and large-scale project delivery. With a strong foundation in field operations and project management, John brings a practical, results-focused approach to leadership—prioritizing safety, efficiency, and quality. His experience also includes telecommunications infrastructure, enhancing his ability to lead diverse and evolving projects. John is committed to building strong teams, optimizing operations, and fostering lasting client relationships to support long-term growth. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Wayne State University and has been a Licensed Michigan Builder since 2002.

John focuses on optimizing workflows, enhancing project delivery, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, cost control, and client satisfaction.

Tassia M. Zaryckyj
A public health professional focused on evaluating and improving the community impact of infrastructure projects across construction, underground utilities, DC power systems, battery technologies, and critical infrastructure. With a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from Wayne State University, Tassia brings a community-centered approach to research and planning. By collaborating with stakeholders and internal teams, Tassia translates public health insights into practical strategies that support responsible development, transparent communication, and sustainable outcomes for the communities we serve.
